I always get excellent service, even when they're busy with a lot of orders, or I rock up in the middle of the night. The little touches make it special; like remembering my order, always offering cup holders, or the occasional latte art when it's not too busy. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure everything is "The Way I Like It!""
